Yes, you can follow the below for initiating the exchange request:
- Please send an email to email@example.com with the details of the exchange and we will assist you with the same.
- You can exchange your product for a different size in the same style/color. If you wish to exchange it with another product, then you will need to write to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you with it.
Upon receiving the request, we shall initiate the process for the desired product to reach you. Our delivery partner will collect the product to be exchanged or returned from you.
- The item(s) returned should have the original tags and labels intact, and should be returned in an unused and undamaged condition.
- Exchanges will be offered based on the availability of the product. In case the replacement product is unavailable, your money will be refunded.
In case of returns, once the product is received by us and duly inspected, the refund will be initiated to the original card/bank from which the payment was made.
Requests for exchange or return of merchandise has to be made within 10 days of the order receipt.
- Refund against returns for prepaid orders will be made to the same account as used for the transaction OR as Store Credit as requested by Customer. The funds can be expected to reflect in your bank in 8-12 working days.
- Refund against Returns for COD orders will be done as Store Credit only.
